Regular school attendance is required by law and is a critical factor for academic success. If your student is (or is going to be) absent, please notify the school office as well as the teacher.

Same Day Absence Procedure:

To report a same day absence please email: office@coburgcharter.org

• Include student’s full name

• Include student’s grade

• Include reason for absence

 

You may also call the office at 541-344-4113. Please include the above information in a message or to the secretary.

For planned or pre-arranged absences, please use the link below. The teacher will recommend to the principal if the absence will be excused or not.

Planned Absence Procedure:

If your student will be absent due to a planned event (i.e. going out of town, out of school activity or family visiting, etc.) you must click on the planned absence link below:
